This exceptional Grenache-Syrah-Mourvèdre draws its strength from the warm, stony soils of the South, where the vines thrive under generous sunshine and winds filled with garrigue. This Mediterranean blend reveals all the richness and elegance of the South's iconic grape varieties, offering an intense, structured, and deeply aromatic cuvée.
Produced using traditional vinification methods in vats, this GSM ferments at a controlled temperature (28–30°C) to preserve all the aromatic richness of the fruit.
During pressing, only the purest and most elegant free-run juice is retained for this wine. Aging then continues gently in vats to preserve its freshness and fruity expression.

On the nose, this GSM seduces with its aromas of ripe black fruits—blackcurrant and black cherry—enhanced by subtle smoky notes, sweet spices, and a hint of garrigue.
On the palate, the velvety attack reveals silky, perfectly balanced tannins. Grenache brings roundness, Syrah structure and spice, while Mourvèdre adds depth and complexity. The long, harmonious finish lingers on notes of black fruit and chocolate, maintaining a lovely freshness from start to finish.
